Tickpod comics?

I've been playing around with the Tickpod and seeing if he could actually have enough facial expressions to be a character in a comic. I think it could work, but I'm going to have to get better at doing backgrounds (OBVIOUSLY). Anyway, your feedback would be great. I also need ideas for characters other than Tickpod, Evil Tickpod, and Voodoo Tickpod. Someone that isn't spherical, perhaps?
